  • 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and coconut sugar.
  • Add the applesauce and peanut butter, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Form the dough into a round cookie shape of about 1/4" thick on a microwave safe plate
  • Microwave the cookie for about 60 seconds.
