Easy Vegan Peach Crisp For One
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp vegan whipped cream (for topping, I used coco whip)
Instructions
- Chop the peach into large cubes and place the cubes in a microwave safe dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the oats, oat flour, and cinnamon.
- Add the pure maple syrup and nut milk, then mix again to form a sticky crumble.
- Evenly distribute the crumble on top of the chopped peach.
- Pop the peach crisp in the microwave to cook for about 30 – 40 seconds, or until the peach has softened.
