Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe peach
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegan whipped cream (for topping, I used coco whip)

Instructions
 

  • Chop the peach into large cubes and place the cubes in a microwave safe dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the oats, oat flour, and cinnamon.
  • Add the pure maple syrup and nut milk, then mix again to form a sticky crumble.
  • Evenly distribute the crumble on top of the chopped peach.
  • Pop the peach crisp in the microwave to cook for about 30 - 40 seconds, or until the peach has softened.
