peach

tbsp
rolled oats
1
tbsp
oat flour

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1/2
tsp
pure maple syrup
2
tbsp
vegan whipped cream
(for topping, I used coco whip)
Instructions
Chop the peach into large cubes and place the cubes in a microwave safe dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the oats, oat flour, and cinnamon.
Add the pure maple syrup and nut milk, then mix again to form a sticky crumble.
Evenly distribute the crumble on top of the chopped peach.
Pop the peach crisp in the microwave to cook for about 30 - 40 seconds, or until the peach has softened.
Let cool, then top the peach crisp with vegan whipped cream.
Dig in and enjoy!
