Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana (frozen in chunks)
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life minis)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to a high speed blender or food processor.
- Process for a few minutes until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, stopping to move the banana chunks around and scrape down the sides as necessary.
- Transfer the ice cream mixture to a serving dish.
- Add the chocolate chips.
