vegan vanilla protein powder
(I used Orgain Simple in the creamy vanilla flavor)

nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
optional toppings
(I used coconut flakes and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend for a few minutes until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary to aid blending.
Transfer your smoothie mixture to a serving bowl.
Add desired toppings such as chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
Dig in and enjoy!
