Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, powdered peanut butter, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
Add in the nut milk, canned pumpkin, applesauce, maple syrup, and mix again.
Transfer your mixture to a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly.
Place your oats in the fridge overnight to set.
When you're ready to eat your oats, add the creamy peanut butter on top.
Enjoy your oatmeal fresh and cold!
