Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge

Tasty vegan peanut butter fudge packed with nutrients and no refined sugar.

- 3/4 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1 overripe banana (mashed)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 4 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender.
Blend thoroughly.
Grease a rectangular pan (I used a mini loaf pan), then smooth mixture evenly into the pan.
Freeze for an hour or two until the fudge is firm.
Let thaw for a bit, cut into squares, then enjoy.
