mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
(plus more for topping)

chia seeds

nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

pure maple syrup

creamy peanut butter
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, powdered peanut butter, chocolate chips, and chia seeds.
Add the nut milk and pure maple syrup, and mix to combine thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly.
Place your jar of oats in the refrigerator overnight to thicken.
When you're ready to eat your oatmeal, top it off with the peanut butter, more chocolate chips, and more pure maple syrup to taste.
Dig in and enjoy!
