Add the frozen bananas, cocoa powder, non-dairy milk, and pure maple syrup to a high speed food processor.
Blend all ingredients for a few minutes until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, stopping to move the mixture around as necessary to aid blending.
Transfer the ice cream to a serving dish.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of your ice cream.
Add any other toppings you'd like. I added peanuts on top of my ice cream.
