cup
quick oats
(blended into a fine oat flour)
2 1/2
tbsp
freeze dried strawberries
(finely chopped)
1/2
tbsp
powdered sugar
1/4
tsp
baking powder

tbsp
pure maple syrup
1/2
tbsp
non-dairy milk
(I used vanilla oat milk)
1
tsp
melted coconut oil
(measure after melting)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and baking powder.
Add in the pure maple syrup, non-dairy milk, and melted coconut oil, and mix well to form a thick dough.
Gently fold in the chopped freeze dried strawberries.
Roll the dough into six equal sized spheres.
Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar, then place them on a lined or greased baking sheet.
Bake the oat bites for 12 minutes.
Let the bites cool for a bit.
Dig in and enjoy!
