(I used unsweetened vanilla)

creamy peanut butter

pure maple syrup
Instructions
Combine the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and rainbow sprinkles in a large mixing bowl.
Add the nut milk, peanut butter, and pure maple syrup, then mix again until well combined.
Roll the dough into twelve spheres and place them in a container.
Refrigerate the energy bites for about one hour to allow them to chill and set.
Enjoy the energy bites immediately or store them in the refrigerator for a quick and easy snack.
