Vanilla Birthday Cake Protein Chia Pudding

Protein packed chia pudding that is quick and easy to make.

- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I used Orgain Simple vanilla protein powder)
- 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Add the nut milk, pure maple syrup, and vanilla protein powder to a mixing bowl.
Whisk all ingredients thoroughly to combine.
Add the chia seeds, then mix again.
Gently mix in the rainbow sprinkles.
Pour the chia pudding mixture into a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly.
Pop the chia pudding in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
When you're ready to eat your chia pudding, add additional toppings such as nut butter, pure maple syrup, or rainbow sprinkles.
