cup
rolled oats
1/2
tsp
cocoa powder
(I used Hershey's special dark)
1/4
tsp
baking powder
1
tbsp
chocolate chips
1/2
cup
nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

tbsp
unsweetened applesauce
(can sub mashed banana)
1
tbsp
creamy peanut butter
(for topping)
1/2
tbsp
pure maple syrup
(plus more for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Add the oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, applesauce, pure maple syrup, and nut milk to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips, reserving some to top your oatmeal with.
Pour the oatmeal mixture into an oven safe dish or ramekin.
Top the oatmeal with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until your desired consistency is achieved.
Drizzle on the creamy peanut butter and more pure maple syrup to taste.
Dig in and enjoy!
