- 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder (1 scoop = 19 grams, I used Orgain Simple)
- 2 tbsp quick oats (blended into a fine oat flour)
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
In a small mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and oat flour.
Add the nut milk and mix again to form a smooth cake batter.
Pour the cake batter into a microwave safe mug or ramekin.
Microwave the mug cake for about 60 seconds, or until mostly firm.
Let the mug cake cool for a bit.
Top the mug cake with the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Dig in and enjoy!
