Homemade Baked Oil Free French Fries

Healthy baked French fries that are super simple and delicious, with no oil required.

- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- optional drizzle of olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into matchstick shapes that are about 3/4 - 1" thick.
Add the fries to a large mixing bowl with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, and salt + pepper to taste.
Use clean hands to evenly coat the fries in the seasonings.
Place the fries in a single layer on a lined or greased baking sheet.
Add a drizzle of olive oil on top of the fries if desired.
Bake the fries for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the fries cool for a bit, then dig in and enjoy!
