- 1 1/2 tbsp liquid aminos
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Cut the tempeh widthwise into strips that are about 1/4" thick.
Pour the liquid aminos into a wide, shallow bowl.
Add the olive oil to a pan on the stovetop and turn the heat to medium-low.
Dip both sides of each tempeh strip into the liquid aminos.
Place the tempeh strips in a single layer in the pan.
Cook the tempeh strips for a few minutes on each side over medium-low heat until golden brown.
Let the tempeh strips cool for a bit, then dig in and enjoy!
