Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas (1 can = 15.5 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.
  • Pat the chickpeas dry and remove any loose chickpea peels.
  • Place the chickpeas in a large mixing bowl and add the olive oil.
  • Use clean hands to coat the chickpeas evenly in the oil.
  • Add in the cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Use clean hands to evenly coat the chickpeas in the spices.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Place the chickpeas in a single layer on a lined or greased baking sheet.
  • Bake the chickpeas for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the desired texture is achieved.
