- 1 can chickpeas (1 can = 15.5 oz)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.
Pat the chickpeas dry and remove any loose chickpea peels.
Place the chickpeas in a large mixing bowl and add the olive oil.
Use clean hands to coat the chickpeas evenly in the oil.
Add in the cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Use clean hands to evenly coat the chickpeas in the spices.
Add salt to taste.
Place the chickpeas in a single layer on a lined or greased baking sheet.
Bake the chickpeas for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the desired texture is achieved.
Let the chickpeas cool completely.
