ripe avocado

yellow onion
(finely chopped)

roma tomato
(finely chopped)

cilantro
(tightly packed)

garlic powder

jalapeño pepper
(finely chopped, with seeds removed)
1/2
tsp
fresh lime juice
salt to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
Scoop the avocado onto a plate and mash it thoroughly with a fork.
Transfer the mashed avocado to a mixing bowl.
Mix in the garlic powder, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped jalapeño pepper, and fresh lime juice.
Gently mix in the cilantro.
Add salt to taste.
Transfer the guacamole to a serving dish.
Dig in and enjoy!
