(I used a Fuji apple)

crunchy granola
(I used my quinoa oat granola cluster recipe)

creamy nut butter
(I used peanut butter)

pure maple syrup
Instructions
Thinly slice the apple and lay the slices out in a single layer on a plate.
Drizzle the peanut butter and pure maple syrup on top of the apple slices.
Sprinkle the granola on top of the plate of apple nachos.
Enjoy your sweet, crunchy, vegan snack!
