Pumpkin spice granola that is sweet, crunchy, and super delicious.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp finely chopped nuts (I like pecans or walnuts)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Add the oats, finely chopped nuts, and pumpkin pie spice to a large bowl.
Mix all dry ingredients well to combine.
Add the pure maple syrup, canned pumpkin, and nut milk.
Mix again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer the granola mixture to a lined or greased baking sheet.
Spread the granola out in a thin layer.
Bake the granola until golden brown about 18 - 20 minutes.
Let the granola cool for a bit.
