- 20-25 small to medium fresh Brussels Sprouts
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Thoroughly rinse the Brussels sprouts.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl.
Evenly coat the sprouts in the olive oil.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well to evenly coat the sprouts in all of the spices.
Place the sprouts in a single layer on a lined or greased baking sheet with a bit of space between each sprout.
Bake the sprouts for about 35 minutes, or until they are browned and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (you can check them with a fork to see if they are soft inside).
Let the sprouts cool for a bit.
