quick cooking oats

chocolate chips

chia seeds

cocoa powder
(I used Hershey's Special Dark)

cup + 2 tbsp
nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

creamy peanut butter

tsp
pure maple syrup
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder.
Add in the nut milk and pure maple syrup, and mix to combine thoroughly.
Mix to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly.
Pop the oatmeal in the refrigerator overnight to set.
When you're ready to eat your oatmeal in the morning, transfer it to a serving dish.
Top the oatmeal with the peanut butter, fresh banana slices, a drizzle of pure maple syrup, and more chocolate chips if desired.
