- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (I used frozen wild blueberries)
- 1 tbsp creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon (I used Ceylon cinnamon)
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Add the oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl, and mix to combine thoroughly.
Add in the nut milk, pure maple syrup, and frozen blueberries, then mix again.
Transfer the oat mixture to a mason jar or other lidded container.
Screw the lid on tightly, then pop the oatmeal in the refrigerator overnight to thicken and set.
When you're ready to enjoy your oats the next morning, transfer them to a serving dish.
Top the oats with almond butter and more pure maple syrup to taste.
Dig in and enjoy!
