Calories 70 kcal
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (I used Orgain Simple in the chocolate peanut butter cup flavor)
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp Truvia cane sugar blend
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, chocolate protein powder, Truvia blend, and cocoa powder.
Add in the applesauce and peanut butter.
Mix well to combine.
Add in the nut milk and mix again to form a dough.
Roll the dough into 12 equal sized spheres and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake the donut holes for 12 - 15 minutes, or until firm.
Let the donuts cool for a bit, then dig in and enjoy!
