1 tbsp+ 1 tspnut milk(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 tbsp + 1 tsppure maple syrup
creamy peanut butter(for drizzling on top)
melted coconut oil(for brushing the apples with)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Cut the apples in half lengthwise.
Remove the core and seeds from each apple half.
Place the apples face up on a baking sheet.
Brush the outside of each apple half completely with melted coconut oil.
In a small bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, pure maple syrup, and nut milk.
Spoon the oat mixture into the apple crevices, making sure to distribute it evenly between all of the apple halves.
Bake the apples for about 30 minutes, or until your desired softness is achieved (you can poke the apples with a fork to see how soft they are inside).
Let the apples cool for a bit, then drizzle on the creamy peanut butter.
