quick oats

ripe banana

flax egg

water
peanut butter + pure maple syrup
(for topping)
Instructions
Add the oats, 3/4 of the banana, the flax egg, and three tablespoons of water to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add a bit more water as necessary to achieve a pancake batter consistency.
Pour dollops of batter onto a greased pan or pancake griddle.
Cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
Plate your pancakes, then top them off with the rest of the banana (sliced), creamy peanut butter, and pure maple syrup to taste.
Dig in and enjoy!
