- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)
- 2 tbsp Truvia cane sugar blend
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt (I used Himalayan pink salt)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix together the flour, Truvia blend, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the nut milk, coconut oil, and maple syrup.
Pour wet ingredients into dry, and mix together until a dough forms.
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Roll your dough out on a sheet of parchment paper in a thin layer (about 1/16th - 1/8th inch thick).
Cut the dough into rectangular graham crackers with a sharp knife or cookie cutter.
Poke holes in your crackers with a toothpick to give them a traditional graham cracker look.
Transfer your parchment paper containing your graham crackers onto a baking sheet.
Bake the graham crackers for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Keep a close eye on them so they don't burn. The thicker your crackers are, the longer they will take to bake.
Let cool and enjoy!
