vegan vanilla protein powder
(I used Orgain Simple in the creamy vanilla flavor)

rainbow sprinkles
(plus more for topping)

chia seeds

+ 2 tbsp
nut milk

creamy peanut butter
1/2
tbsp
pure maple syrup
(plus more for topping)
vegan whipped cream
(for topping)
Instructions
Add the oats, chia seeds, and vanilla protein powder to a large mixing bowl.
Mix to combine thoroughly.
Add in the mashed banana, nut milk, and pure maple syrup, and mix again.
Gently mix in the rainbow sprinkles.
Transfer the mixture to a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator overnight to set.
When you're ready to eat your oats, transfer them to a serving dish.
Top your oats with the peanut butter, vegan whipped cream, more rainbow sprinkles, and more pure maple syrup if desired.
