Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegan mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Add the oats, water, and mashed banana to a microwave safe dish.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Microwave the mixture for 45 seconds.
  • Top the partially cooked oatmeal with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Microwave the oatmeal for another 35 - 45 seconds.
