vegan mini marshmallows

semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup
+ 2 tbsp
water
Instructions
Add the oats, water, and mashed banana to a microwave safe dish.
Mix well to combine.
Microwave the mixture for 45 seconds.
Top the partially cooked oatmeal with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Microwave the oatmeal for another 35 - 45 seconds.
Let cool for a bit, then dig in and enjoy!
