- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup steamed broccoli (finely chopped)
- 1/2 avocado (chopped)
- 2 tbsp chunky mild salsa (I used Pace)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash black pepper
Steam broccoli in the microwave or on the stovetop in a pot of water until soft.
Chop broccoli into small pieces.
Mix together the oats, water, black pepper, garlic powder, salsa, steamed broccoli, and half of the nutritional yeast.
Transfer to a microwave safe dish.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Top with chopped avocado and the rest of the nutritional yeast.
Enjoy warm!
For thinner oats, add a bit more water.
