canned pumpkin

pure maple syrup

Instructions
Add the nut milk, canned pumpkin, and pure maple syrup to an airtight container (I used a mason jar).
Mix the ingredients well to combine.
Add the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and mix again.
Mix in the chia seeds until all ingredients are well combined.
Screw the lid tightly on the container and pop the chia seed mixture in the refrigerator overnight to set.
Give the chia pudding a good mix when you're ready to eat it.
Dig in and enjoy!
