Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Add the oat flour, bread flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and baking soda to a large mixing bowl.
Mix to combine thoroughly.
Make a well in the center of the bowl, then add the mashed banana, nut milk, canned pumpkin, and pure maple syrup.
Mix the wet ingredients together, then slowly mix the wet into the dry to form a smooth batter.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a lined or greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips on top of the loaf.
Bake the pumpkin bread for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the pumpkin bread cool for a bit before removing it from the pan.
Cut the pumpkin bread into eight slices.
