Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly mix the ground flaxseed and water in a small bowl.
  • Set the mixture aside to thicken for about 5 minutes, or until a sticky consistency is achieved.
  • Sub the flax egg in for a regular egg in whatever recipe you'd like.
