Ingredients
1/3
cup
rolled oats
(blended into an oat flour)
2
tbsp
vegan vanilla protein powder
(I used Orgain Simple in the creamy vanilla flavor)
1/2
tsp
rainbow sprinkles
1/4
tsp
baking powder
1/4
cup + 1 tbsp
nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1
tbsp
unsweetened applesauce
1/2
tsp
pure maple syrup
vegan whipped cream
(for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
Add the nut milk, applesauce, and pure maple syrup, then mix again.
Pour the oatmeal batter into an oven safe dish or ramekin.
Add the rainbow sprinkles on top of your batter.
Bake the oatmeal for about 20 minutes, or until your desired consistency is achieved.
Let the oatmeal cool, then top it with some vegan whipped cream.
Dig in and enjoy!
