- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 tsp Trader Joe's dill pickle seasoning (can sub dill weed and salt to taste)
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Add the baby carrots to a mixing bowl and coat them evenly in the olive oil.
Add the dill pickle seasoning and mix again to coat the carrots.
Place the carrots in a single layer on a greased or lined baking sheet.
Bake the carrots for about 40 minutes, or until soft.
Let the carrots cool, then enjoy!
