(blended into a fine oat flour)

chocolate protein powder
(1 scoop = 19 grams, I used Orgain Simple in the chocolate peanut butter cup flavor)

ripe banana
(mashed)

creamy peanut butter

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the oat flour and protein powder.
Add the mashed banana and water and mix again to form a smooth cake batter.
Pour the cake batter into a microwave safe mug or ramekin.
Microwave the cake until firm, about 90 seconds.
Top the mug cake with the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Let the mug cake cool for a bit, then dig in and enjoy!
