Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp nut milk
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • vegan whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen pineapple, frozen banana, nut milk, and coconut flakes to a high speed blender.
  • Blend for a minute or two until a thick and smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Pour your pineapple coconut smoothie into a glass.
  • Top the smoothie off with coconut whipped cream.
  • Dig in and enjoy!
