- 3 medium ripe bananas (frozen in chunks)
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Add the frozen bananas, powdered peanut butter, and non-dairy milk to a high speed food processor.
Blend until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, stopping to move the mixture around as necessary to aid blending.
Transfer the peanut butter ice cream to a serving bowl.
Drizzle the peanut butter on top of the ice cream.
Dig in and enjoy!
