- 1/3 cup quick oats (use gluten free for a gf mug cake)
- 1/3 ripe or overripe banana
- 1/2 tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 1/2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Add the oats, baking powder, nut milk, and banana to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend all ingredients for a minute or two until well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into an oven safe ramekin.
Top with the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Pop the chocolate chip mug cake in the oven to bake for about 12 - 15 minutes, or until the desired consistency is achieved.
Dig in and enjoy.
