Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup quick oats (use gluten free for a gf mug cake)
  • 1/3 ripe or overripe banana
  • 1/2 tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 1/2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Add the oats, baking powder, nut milk, and banana to a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend all ingredients for a minute or two until well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into an oven safe ramekin.
  • Top with the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
