Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate chunks)
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (I used Hershey's special dark)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 medium overripe banana
  • 3 - 4 tsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, thoroughly mash the banana.
  • Add in the pure maple syrup and nut milk, then mix well to combine.
  • Add the oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then mix again.
  • Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the brownie banana bread batter into a microwave safe mug or ramekin.
  • Top the batter with a few more chocolate chips if desired.
  • Pop the banana bread in the microwave to cook for about 75 seconds.
