The perfect soft, fluffy, and flaky blueberry drop biscuits made subtly sweet and completely dairy-free.

- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Preheat oven to 450° F.
In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and cinnamon.
Mix in maple syrup and almond milk.
Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to squish them.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form dough into equal sized round balls with hands.
Drop dough balls onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or untill golden brown.
Enjoy fresh and warm!
