The perfect soft, fluffy, and flaky blueberry drop biscuits made subtly sweet and completely dairy-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450° F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and cinnamon.
  • Mix in maple syrup and almond milk.
  • Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to squish them.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Form dough into equal sized round balls with hands.

  • Drop dough balls onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, or untill golden brown.
  • Enjoy fresh and warm!
