quick oats

tbsp
frozen wild blueberries
1/2
medium
ripe or overripe banana
1/4
tsp
baking powder
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
cup
water

tbsp
creamy peanut butter
(for topping)
pure maple syrup to taste
(for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Add the oats, 1/3 of the banana, cinnamon, baking powder, and water to a blender.
Blend for about 30 seconds, or until a smooth batter forms.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Transfer the mixture to an oven safe baking dish.
Thinly slice the remaining banana and top your oat cake with it.
Pop your oatmeal cake in the oven to bake for about 25 minutes, or until firm.
Drizzle on the peanut butter and pure maple syrup to taste
Dig in and enjoy!
