An açaí smoothie bowl recipe that is easy, quick, delicious, and super hydrating.

- 1 packet frozen unsweetened açaí (I used Trader Joe's brand)
- 1/2 medium banana (frozen in chunks)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp granola (I used my soft baked peanut butter granola recipe)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (I used almond butter)
- 1 1/2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Add the frozen açaí packet, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and nut milk to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, adding a bit of extra nut milk as necessary to aid blending.
Transfer the smoothie mixture to a bowl.
Top the smoothie with the granola and nut butter.
Dig in and enjoy!
