- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats (blended into a fine oat flour)
- 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder (I used Orgain Simple brand)
- 4 tsp gluten free flour (I used King Arthur 1-to-1 gluten free baking flour)
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp rainbow sprinkles
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 4 tsp pure maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Form the donut hole dough into 10 spheres of equal size.
Place the spheres on a lined or greased baking sheet with a bit of space between each one.
Pop the donuts in the oven to bake for about 13 - 15 minutes, or until firm.
Let the donuts cool for a bit.
Place the donuts in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours.
Dig in and enjoy!
