A delicious, thick, and creamy vegan banana chocolate chip ice cream.

- 2 medium ripe bananas (frozen in chunks)
- 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips)
Add the frozen banana chunks and nut milk to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend for a couple minutes until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary to aid blending.
Transfer the banana ice cream to a serving dish.
Top the ice cream with the chocolate chips.
Dig in and enjoy!
