Banana Chocolate Chip Nice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe bananas (frozen in chunks)
  • 2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips)

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen banana chunks and nut milk to a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend for a couple minutes until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary to aid blending.
  • Transfer the banana ice cream to a serving dish.
  • Top the ice cream with the chocolate chips.
  • Dig in and enjoy!
