Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Add the oats to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until a fine oat flour forms, about 20 seconds.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mash your banana with a fork.
Add the banana, nut milk, and pure maple syrup to your dry mixture, and mix to combine thoroughly.
Transfer your banana bread oatmeal batter to an oven safe ramekin.
Top your banana bread oatmeal mixture with some fresh thinly sliced banana.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until your desired consistency is achieved.
Drizzle on pure maple syrup to taste.
Add optional toppings (I love chocolate chips, walnuts, and/or nut butter), then dig in and enjoy!
