finely chopped apple
(I used a gala apple)

chia seeds

ground cinnamon

nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk

unsweetened applesauce

pure maple syrup

tbsp
creamy peanut butter
(for topping)
Instructions
Add the chia seeds, cinnamon, nut milk, applesauce, and pure maple syrup to a bowl, and mix to combine thoroughly.
Gently fold in the chopped apple pieces.
Transfer the mixture to a mason jar and screw the lid on tightly.
Place the chia pudding in the refrigerator overnight to chill and thicken.
When you're ready to eat your chia pudding, top it off with the peanut butter, pure maple syrup to taste, and optional chopped walnut pieces.
Dig in and enjoy!
