Banana Chocolate Chip Air Fryer Oatmeal

A healthy, vegan air fryer oatmeal recipe that is quick and easy to make.

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 medium banana (ripe or overripe)
- 1/4 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tsp chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life mini semi-sweet chocolate chips)
- 1 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter (for topping)
Add the oats, banana, and nut milk to a food processor or high speed blender.
Blend for a few minutes until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour the oatmeal mixture into an oven safe dish or ramekin.
Top the oatmeal mixture with the chocolate chips.
Bake your oatmeal in the air fryer at 350° F for 10 - 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Top with optional peanut butter, then dig in and enjoy!
