- 2 medium ripe bananas (frozen in chunks)
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet chocolate chips)
- 1 1/2 tbsp non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Add the frozen bananas and non-dairy milk to a high speed food processor.
Blend for a few minutes until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, stopping to move the mixture around as necessary to aid blending.
Transfer the ice cream to a bowl.
Top your ice cream with the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
