Easy Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

An insanely delicious blueberry chia seed jelly recipe made with no pectin.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar (more to taste for even sweeter jam)

Instructions
 

  • Microwave the frozen blueberries until heated and soft, about 30 - 45 seconds.
  • Mash the berries with a fork, leaving some pieces whole if desired.
  • Stir in the coconut sugar. You can add more to taste for even sweeter jam.
  • Add in the chia seeds and mix again.
  • Pop the blueberry chia seed jam in the fridge to set for at least 15 minutes, or until it has thickened.
  • Spread your jam on whatever you'd like. I like to use it on pb and j toast or sandwiches.
  • Dig in and enjoy!
