Easy Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

An insanely delicious blueberry chia seed jelly recipe made with no pectin.

- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp coconut sugar (more to taste for even sweeter jam)
Microwave the frozen blueberries until heated and soft, about 30 - 45 seconds.
Mash the berries with a fork, leaving some pieces whole if desired.
Stir in the coconut sugar. You can add more to taste for even sweeter jam.
Add in the chia seeds and mix again.
Pop the blueberry chia seed jam in the fridge to set for at least 15 minutes, or until it has thickened.
Spread your jam on whatever you'd like. I like to use it on pb and j toast or sandwiches.
